What we collect

Anonymous usage events. When you load a page or use a tool we record the page path, the tool name, a few coarse choices (for example a result bucket), the website you came from and campaign tags in the link. We also store a short anonymous visitor code made by mixing your IP address and browser with a secret code that changes every day. We do not store your IP address and we cannot link visits across days.
Calculator inputs stay in your browser. The numbers and dates you type into the calculators are not sent to us.
Your email details. If you join the list or reserve a spot we store the email, the optional role, group size, volume and specialty you choose, and your consent.

No cookies. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell your data. Please do not enter patient names or any health information.

Usage events are kept for up to 12 months. Email details are kept until you ask us to delete them or we stop the project.
